You can also download a hard copy of the Official Entry Form, which includes the all the criteria and information you need in one handy reference document.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ENTRY

Click on the ENTER NOW button above or below.

Start by entering your business contact details and completing the first page of the Form.  You will be able to save this (and any other) page, come back to it at any time and then submit your full entry when you’re ready.

You must complete each stage before you can go onto the next stage.

If you have already started and saved your entry, you will be sent an email link from Formstack that takes you back to the form, and allows you complete it.

Please copy the link and save to a safe place.  Please use this link from any computer anytime until the closing date to resume answering the questions on the form.

Important: without the link, the data you have entered cannot be retrieved and you will have to start filling out the form at the beginning.
